NO NEED FOR GYMS!!!

After working in a busy gym as a personal trainer I found I was using less and less resistance machines for my clients to improve their strength and physique, finding that body weight exercises gave greater benefits to muscles, posture and flexability. Many of the exercises are Pilates which are modified from their original form as these are very advanced, allowing the correct use of muscles to perform the exercise.
